Job Description:

As a Sales Consultant at Structured Wealth Solutions, you will play a key role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and providing expert advice on a range of financial products.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • BUILD strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales and revenue
  • Provide expert advice on a range of financial products, including investments, retirement cover, life cover, and funeral cover
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service

Requirements:

  • Driver's license and own vehicle
  • MATRIC - Grade 12 qualification
  • RE5 (preferably) or other relevant qualifications
  • Previous working experience in the financial services industry, preferably in sales and marketing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
