Job Title: Claims Examiner

We are seeking an experienced Claims Examiner (Life) to join our team at Pronel Personnel. As a Claims Examiner, you will play a crucial role in assessing life claims and ensuring that they are processed efficiently and accurately.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for reviewing and assessing life claims to determine their validity and liability.
  • You will need to have a detailed knowledge of life insurance policies and a good understanding of medical conditions and terminology.
  • A minimum of 2-4 years' experience as a Life Assessor is required, with previous work experience in long-term insurance services or financial services being highly valued.
  • You must hold a Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC) in Short Term Insurance, Long Term Insurance, or Retail Insurance, as well as a RE5 qualification.
  • A medical qualification would be an advantage, but not essential.
