Sales Coordinator

Herotel is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the commercial and field operations teams to achieve revenue and customer growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Commercial and Field Operations teams in coordinating sales and marketing efforts.
- Coordinate activities of Regional Field Marketers within assigned LSM areas.
- Provide ongoing mentoring and training to field marketers and related members.
- Track and report on field marketers' efforts via daily, weekly, and monthly KPAs.
- Drive sales take-up in assigned areas.
- Address any issues related to non-adherence to stipulated clauses of Independent Contracts.
- Co-develop tactical sales plans for regional targets.
- Organize and coordinate lead generation initiatives.
- Ensure quality of captured data, orders, and invoices.
- Capture customer- and sales-related information on HeroTill and other internal systems.
- Oversee use of company resources.
- Take safety and security measures to ensure community, field marketers, and resource safety.
- Display product knowledge on Herotel's product range.
- Cultivate cross-functional teamwork with other Departments and role-players.
- Lead by example with professionalism, integrity, and honesty.
- Excellent communication skills - verbal & written.
- Customer service skills.
- Exceptional planning and organizing skills.
- Leadership and management skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Good negotiation and deal closing skills.
- Fluent in English and another language - area specific.
- A team player with high level of dedication.
- Grade 12 is a requirement with prior supervisory/related experience.
