**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and oversee import and export operations for the company, ensuring seamless logistics and supply chain management.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, shipping carriers, and customs brokers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products, minimizing costs and enhancing efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with import and export regulations and documentation requirements, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Optimize supply chain processes to minimize costs and enhance efficiency, analyzing logistics performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast and plan inventory levels, ensuring just-in-time delivery and minimizing stockouts.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with logistics service providers, securing favorable terms and conditions.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with a strong foundation in logistics and international trade.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in import and export operations within the food and beverage industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of import and export regulations and documentation requirements, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
  • Experience working with shipping carriers, customs brokers, and freight forwarders, with a strong network of industry contacts.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and systems, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required, with a valid passport and ability to obtain necessary visas.
