You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our tax services, including expatriate tax compliance, residency, double tax treaties, and foreign tax credits.

About Us: Our company is a global leader in tax compliance and recovery solutions. We specialise in providing expert tax services to businesses operating across multiple industries, with a strong international presence. Our advanced technology and knowledge enable us to streamline complex tax processes, helping clients optimise financial efficiency.

Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring tax compliance for expatriates, advising on residency, double tax treaties, and foreign tax credits, as well as managing SARS audits, tax disputes, voluntary disclosures, and compliance issues, leading client engagements and identifying growth opportunities, and mentoring staff, conducting tax training, and staying updated on global tax trends.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will hold a BCom Accounting or SAIT/SAICA accreditation, a post-graduate degree in Taxation, and at least 10 years of experience in taxation, including 8-10 years in the Audit/Consulting space. Big 4 audit experience is highly preferred.
