Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team at Recruitment Solutions.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of HR strategies that drive business success, create an inclusive work environment, and promote employee engagement.
Duties and Responsibilities
- People Management: Plan, coordinate, and direct HR initiatives to achieve business objectives.
- Employee Relations: Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues in a fair and consistent manner.
- Recruitment: Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the right talent is hired for the organization.
- Performance Management: Develop and monitor HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the company.
- Payroll Management:
- Training and Development: Assess training needs and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Compliance: Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A Matric with relevant HR qualification (Degree/Diploma)
- In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organisation
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
- People-oriented and results-driven
- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
- Knowledge of payroll and relevant computer programs (e.g. SAGE, SAP, VIP, PASTEL, or other)
- Advanced EXCEL skills
- CCMA/Bargaining Council experience
Estimated Salary:** R500,000 - R700,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
