Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Debtors Clerk to join our team at Helderberg Personnel cc. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of debt recovery, including invoicing, payment follow-ups, and account reconciliations.

About You

  • You have a Matric qualification and proficiency in Pastel Accounting (Version 14).
  • You have previous experience in a similar role, preferably as a Debtors Clerk.

The Role

As a Debtors Clerk, you will be responsible for:

  1. Invoicing customers and following up on payments.
  2. Reconciling accounts and maintaining accurate financial records.
