  • Manage and process weekly and monthly payroll runs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, labor laws, and company policies.
  • Address payroll queries and discrepancies efficiently.
  • Verify all overtime is approved before processing.
Employee Benefits Administration
  • Handle medical aid and pension fund applications, changes, and terminations.
  • Assist employees with Two-Pot Retirement System applications.
  • Reconcile medical, pension, and union contributions.
Employee Records & System Management
  • Add and update employees on the payroll system.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure data integrity.
  • Update employee banking details and ensure correct payment processing.
