The Role

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ISO 27001 Information Security Management Systems Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining ISO 27001 Information Security Management Systems for our clients to enable them to obtain ISO 27001 certification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement the requirements of ISO 27001:2015 into our clients' business processes.
  • Develop and document processes and procedures to ensure compliance with ISO 27001.
  • Design and implement Information Security Management Systems policies, guidelines, and procedures in systems.
  • Maintain existing Information Security Management Systems.
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO 27001.
  • Provide value-added solutions to our clients to enhance their existing processes.
  • Prepare our clients for certification audits.
  • Remuneration will be based on time worked.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • You must have (COMPULSORY) ISO 27001 Lead Implementer & Audit training.
  • Minimum of 3 years' proven experience in ISO 27001 implementation.
  • You have detailed knowledge of ISO 27001, Auditing, Information Security, System implementation, Policy & procedure formulation, and Information Security Management Systems.
  • You are a strong networker and relationship builder.
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
  • You are willing to undertake 30-60% travel, own reliable transport is required.
  • Must be able to work independently and have excellent time management skills.
  • Have strong administrative skills.
