Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work on multiple programmes simultaneously and manage competing priorities.

The role involves coordinating programme deliverables, scheduling, resourcing, and management of all learning platforms. The successful candidate will also oversee the execution of client programmes, ensuring timely completion of assigned participant tasks/activities and other milestones.

A strong communicator, the successful candidate will be able to engage effectively with high-profile clients, collaborate with internal teams, and provide clear vision around programme objectives for the team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing timelines and schedules for programme completion in conjunction with the BTS project leader.
  • Carefully tracking timelines to ensure all tasks and milestones are met without any oversight.
  • Owning programme deliverables as assigned by the project leader against the project plan.
  • Cultivating a teamwork-driven atmosphere and collaborating seamlessly with colleagues from various BTS business areas and geographic locations.
  • Monitoring support inboxes, client support inquiries, and issue resolution exceeding client expectations.
  • Partnering and communicating with client and internal account teams to put forward recommendations for process improvement that could benefit the client and team satisfaction.
  • Coordinating with other departments (resourcing, finance, logistics, resource management, and production) to ensure deliverables are executed on time.
