A busy and well-established dental practice in Kempton Park, Johannesburg, is seeking an Experienced Dental Receptionist to join their professional team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to the dental practice, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering outstanding results. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing front-desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling patient inquiries
  • Processing payments and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Coordinating with dentists and other staff members to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
  • Maintaining high standards of confidentiality and adhering to strict data protection protocols

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and experience working in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle are essential for this role, as travel may be required.

The salary for this position is estimated at R240,000 - R300,000 per annum, plus benefits. Working hours will be Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 18:00, with Saturday work from 07:00 - 13:00 (time off will be discussed during the interview).
