About the Role

We are seeking an experienced culinary expert to join our team as a Lead Culinary Specialist. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation, from menu planning to kitchen operations.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement standardized recipes and production guidelines to ensure consistency in food quality and presentation.
  2. Collaborate with chefs and cooks to plan menus, order ingredients, and manage inventory.
  3. Ensure that all food safety regulations are met, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  4. Maintain excellent customer service and positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated expertise in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management.
  • Validated knowledge of basic principles of food preparation, various cooking methods, and food safety regulations.
  • Able to acquire food safety certification.
  • Demonstrate basic math and counting skills.
  • Demonstrate interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
