Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a liaison between customers and financing options, ensuring a seamless F&I experience.
  • Prepare and process finance and insurance documentation for preowned vehicle sales, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communicate complex financing products and insurance options in a clear and concise manner, building trust with customers.
  • Ensure compliance with dealership policies and regulations, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
  • Manage records and assist with reporting, providing valuable insights to the team.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on preowned vehicles.
  • Familiarity with F&I processes and documentation is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software related to finance and sales.
