Job Overview:

We are seeking a Renewable Energy Technician to join our team at Exceed Human Resource Consultants. The ideal candidate will have experience in solar installation and electrical trade.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Commission and install solar ground mount, rooftop, or single-axis trackers.
  2. Maintain and repair solar plants to ensure optimal performance.
  3. Collaborate with the operations and maintenance manager to develop and implement maintenance schedules.
  4. Ensure the workplace remains safe, clean, and organized.
  5. Identify and report potential health and safety risks.
  6. Manage stock and materials on site.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Degree in electrical engineering or related field.
  • Three-phase wireman's license (desired).
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in electrical work.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including framing and wireway installation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum based on qualifications and location.
