We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Manager to join our team and drive our technological vision forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the IT department, ensuring the effective delivery of IT services and infrastructure.
- Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and programs to support the organization's objectives.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of IT systems, including servers, networks, and software applications.
- Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT systems, managing cybersecurity risks and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Monitor and manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and timely procurement of necessary technology.
- Manage IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
- Oversee disaster recovery planning and system backups, ensuring business continuity in the event of disruptions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, ensuring the organization receives optimal service and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand IT requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools that can improve business operations.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and training to the IT team, ensuring continuous professional development.
- Manage user support and troubleshooting services, ensuring high levels of user satisfaction.
- Regularly report on IT department performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of IT professionals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities effectively.
The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
