In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service and solutions to clients and account executives, ensuring that all policies are administered accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer short-term insurance policies, including renewals, endorsements, and new business
  • Provide high-quality service and solutions to clients and account executives
  • Ensure that all clients receive clear information and are kept appropriately informed before, during, and after point of sale
  • Assist clients/Account Executives by helping to devise means to mitigate risks

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in underwriting, ideally in both Commercial and Personal Lines
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Sound knowledge of underwriting practices and processes
  • FAIS compliance to personal/commercial lines level
