About this role: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Butcher Assistant to support our team in preparing and packing meat products. Key responsibilities include assisting with cutting, trimming, and preparing meat, wrapping and packaging meat products, maintaining cleanliness of work areas and equipment, and following food safety and hygiene regulations.
Requirements:
- Experience in a butchery environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
