This role offers a unique opportunity to work on exciting data centre projects, leading the design and implementation of HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with expertise in HVAC design software, including HAP, Loadest, IES, and BIM tools such as Revit and BIM360.
- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective HVAC design strategies to meet client needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet project requirements.
- Conduct site visits and monitor construction processes to ensure quality control and assurance.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on HVAC system design and implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in building services consulting, with a focus on HVAC design and project management.
- Registration as a Professional Engineer (Pr. Eng.) or equivalent is required.
- Strong knowledge of local and international building codes, standards, and regulations.
