Job Title: Transport Broker

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Transport Broker to join our team at Frank Consult. As a Transport Broker, you will be responsible for managing shipments and third-party logistics for our clients, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and oversee the transportation of goods from origin to destination.
  • Research and negotiate with hauling companies to secure the best rates and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and carriers.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 5 years of experience in a similar role or a proven track record in sales and logistics.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook.
