Reporting directly to the Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the dispensary and clinic, ensuring high standards of pharmaceutical care, accurate and safe dispensing, and provision of advice in accordance with company standards and legal requirements.

Responsibilities
* Ensure the operational viability of the dispensary through sound financial management, focus on core dispensary targets, and proactive management of expenses and resources.
* Provide leadership and direction to the pharmacy team, focusing on excellence in patient care, safety, and quality assurance.
* Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure seamless integration and partnership, driving a holistic approach to healthcare services.
* Develop and implement strategies to drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention through exceptional customer service and engagement initiatives.

Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' experience post community service year as a Registered Pharmacist with SAPC registration.
* Proven track record in people management, leadership, and development of pharmacy teams.
* Strong understanding of pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
