Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business from all aspects to develop an in-depth understanding of the business
  • Work with end users and project owners to identify business, functional, and technical requirements
  • Do gap analysis between current and required specifications
  • Oversee the planning and execution of systems testing
  • Analyze existing business processes and facilitate with stakeholders to make improvements
  • Identify and define business processes and system development or configuration requirements to realize the process end goal
  • Work with project team members to define metrics/performance goals/acceptance criteria for the solution or system
  • Assist in translating requirements into test conditions and expected results for unit development, system integration, and UAT
  • Participate in quality reviews or set reviews of designs, prototypes, and other work products

Requirements

  • 5-8 years related experience
  • Investment experience with Linked Investment Service Provider (LISP) knowledge and understanding
  • LISP product knowledge - Retirement Annuity, Investment Account, Tax Free Unit Trust, endowments
