We are currently seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our client's team in Alberton. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in implementing ERP systems and leading financial operations teams.

About the Role

The successful candidate will lead the selection, design, and implementation of a new ERP system that integrates financial data with operational processes. This will enable real-time reporting and enhance decision-making capabilities across the organization.

The candidate will coordinate with the IT and cross-functional teams to configure the ERP system to align with company needs. This will involve ensuring compatibility with current systems and compliance with financial reporting standards.

The selected individual will also develop and lead training initiatives for staff on the use of the new ERP system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all Accounting Operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger, and cost accounting functions.
  • Develop and implement strategic financial plans and budgets.
  • Liaise with the IT department to ensure seamless integration of the ERP system with existing systems.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve financial goals and objectives.
