Inosaic's Collection Specialist is responsible for supporting the timely and efficient collection of outstanding debts and arrears, working closely with the Collection and Arrears Manager to develop and implement effective collection strategies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions, and update records with any new information provided by clients or obtained through research.
  • Negotiate payment plans and settlements within company guidelines, and liaise with tenants and clients to resolve payment issues.
  • Provide regular reports on collection activities, outstanding debts, and progress against targets, and identify areas for improvement in collection processes.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in debtors management, preferably in a property or real estate environment, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
