Pharmaceutical Process Operator

We are looking for a skilled Pharmaceutical Process Operator to join our team at Aspen Pharma Group. As a Pharmaceutical Process Operator, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of our manufacturing processes.
Your primary responsibility will be to operate equipment as per standards and expected efficiency, while ensuring compliance to GMP and SHE standards. You will also be responsible for identifying gaps in current policies and procedures and optimizing their implementation.
In addition, you will perform pre-production checks, verify scale and measuring equipment performance, and ensure the availability of materials and equipment for manufacturing.
You will also be required to prepare solutions for production activities as per SOP, clear and feed the manufacturing line, end-of-line packing and inspections, and perform central lining review to establish optimal production settings.
Other responsibilities include cleaning area and equipment before and after processing of materials, performing equipment pre-checks, sorting defected product, and providing information to assist with campaign preparation.
We require a National Certification (N3)/ Matric/ National Senior Certificate (NSc)/ NQF 4 or equivalent qualification, along with 0-2 years' related experience in manufacturing.
