Job Title: Automotive Mechanical Robotics Simulation Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer with experience in Plant and Robotics Simulation in the Automotive Industry to join our team at Diverse Consulting Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement robotic simulation models for automated manufacturing processes.
  • Evaluate cycle times and optimize production processes to improve efficiency.
  • Conduct reach checks and interference studies to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Collaborate with customers, vendors, and production managers to identify and implement optimal solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical drawings, schematics, and simulation setup documents.
  • Perform project documentation and ensure compliance with CAD and PDM standards.
Requirements:
  • Mechanical Degree or Mechanical Diploma or Aeronautical Engineering Degree.
  • At least 3 years of experience in automated manufacturing and robotic simulation in the automotive industry.
  • Experience with SolidWorks and visual components is essential.
  • Good understanding of automated production processes and mechanical aptitude is required.
What We Offer:

A competitive monthly salary package of R R45 000 per month, negotiable based on skills, qualifications, and experience.
