Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Debt Recovery Specialist to join our team at Elmecair (Pty) Ltd. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the entire debt collection process from initial contact to final resolution.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with creditors to resolve outstanding debts and ensure timely payment from clients.
  • Analyze credit card statements, petty cash, paycards, and other financial records to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Process invoices and quotes, ensuring accurate and timely submission to clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to foster open communication and resolve disputes effectively.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in debt recovery or a related field, with a strong understanding of financial software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, creditors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex financial issues.
