**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Control Specialist - Automotive Service Advisor to join our team at Dante Personnel Mpumalanga. As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient stock control and management of inventory levels to guarantee part availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs to provide exceptional customer experience.
  • Advise clients on necessary repairs and maintenance, providing clear cost estimates to build trust and confidence in your expertise.
  • Schedule and coordinate repairs efficiently with the service department to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Maintain accurate digital records of service details, parts usage, and repair status to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Oversee stock control and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking, optimizing our supply chain efficiency.
  • Validate drivers' licenses and own vehicles to ensure reliable transportation and flexible work arrangements.

Requirements:

  • A matric certificate as a minimum educational requirement.
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry is advantageous, showcasing your understanding of our industry-specific challenges.
  • A strong background in Senior Administrative roles, emphasizing your ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain high organizational standards.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues, communicate with clients, and maintain accurate records.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of stock control and inventory management principles, enabling you to optimize our inventory levels and improve operational efficiency.
  • A customer-focused approach, combined with excellent problem-solving abilities, ensures that clients receive tailored solutions to their unique needs.
