  13. Drive usage of digital platforms by promoting and implementing online transactions.
  14. Manage head counts and overtime within agreed budgets.
  15. Maintain effective leave planning and absenteeism management.
  16. Facilitate training and development interventions.
  17. Review performance in discussion with employees, agree on ratings and set goals for a new period.
  18. Continuously communicate and provide constructive feedback and coaching to employees.
  19. Take disciplinary action where required.
  20. Develop a formal succession plan for key positions.
  21. Adhere to OHSA requirements, training, safety reps, administration, meetings.
  22. Ensure the protection and security of all company assets within policy and procedure.
  23. Implement and ensure adherence to all internal controls.

Requirements:

  1. Grade 12
  2. 3-year qualification in Business Management or Commerce
  3. 8-10 years of Sales and Operational Management preferably in the PPE industry at the Senior Management level
  4. Strong Leadership skills
  5. Organized with attention to detail
  6. A team player who works well with others
  7. Proactive nature
  8. Excellent Communication skills and interpersonal skills
  9. Must be situated in Mpumalanga.
