We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to support the Store Manager in ensuring the efficient operation of the store and delivering exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and building customer loyalty through the execution of promotional activities and cross-selling, up-selling initiatives.

In addition, they will efficiently execute all operational activities of the store, including expenses, stock management, shrinkage, general housekeeping and administration.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of financial management principles, retail/FMCG background, and knowledge of stock, cost, risk and compliance management procedures.
