Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and conduct risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and update internal policies accordingly.

  • Investigate compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 5 years plus experience as a Risk and Compliance Officer in the financial services or insurance industry.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and standards relevant to the Corporate legislation.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., RE5, CRMA, CIA) would be an advantage.
