Hire Resolve seeks a skilled Portfolio Compliance Director to oversee and manage the compliance activities related to our investment portfolios. This key role plays a critical part in ensuring that our organization adheres to all relevant regulatory and compliance requirements, including internal policies and procedures.

About the Role:

This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance policies and procedures for our investment portfolios. The successful candidate will monitor the portfolios to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, investment guidelines, and set limits. Regular compliance reviews and audits will be conducted to identify any potential issues or violations. The Portfolio Compliance Director will coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and regulatory authorities to resolve compliance-related matters.

The ideal candidate will provide guidance and training to portfolio managers and other stakeholders on compliance best practices. They must stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in regulations to proactively address potential compliance risks. Participation in compliance-related projects and initiatives is also required.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field; an advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CA, Professional Accountant) is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in portfolio compliance, preferably in the financial services industry, is necessary. Strong knowledge of investment regulations, compliance frameworks, and best practices is essential. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are required. Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing, are necessary. Detail-oriented individuals who can prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively will thrive in this role. Proficiency in compliance software and tools is also expected.

The Portfolio Compliance Director will report to the Chief Compliance Officer and work closely with other members of the compliance and investment teams to ensure that our investment portfolios are managed in accordance with all relevant compliance requirements. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
