Key Responsibilities

  • Public Relations & Events: Lead PR initiatives and oversee the planning of key company events, awards, and conferences.

  • Marketing ROI & Budgeting: Manage national marketing budgets, track spending, and report on performance metrics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Team management & cross-functional collaboration experience.
  • Real estate or franchise industry experience is a plus.
