Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of employees to achieve excellent customer service and sales results.
- Assist the RGM in achieving CHAMPS Standards and driving sales, operating efficiency, and profitability through effective shift management and employee direction.
- Allocate tasks to each employee on shift and monitor their performance accordingly.
- Ensure all employees follow correct maintenance procedures and advise the RGM of any repairs or maintenance required.
- Support the RGM in forecasting and scheduling labor by shift, creating a deployment plan to control labor costs and meet business needs using tools like Macromatix.
- Report to the RGM any aspects of employee relations, customer service, or health inspection issues that may impact restaurant operations.
- Implement restaurant training programs for staff to enhance performance and career development.

Requirements
- Minimum 12 months supervisory experience in the QSR industry.
- English proficiency.
- Numeracy proficiency.
- Computer literacy – MS Office.
- Minimum 12 months in an SS role.
- Grade 12 NQF Level 4 and preferably a suitable tertiary qualification.
