Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer expert technical guidance and introduce new product features to clients;
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and develop tailored solutions;
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance the technical skills of our clients' employees;
  • Compiling technical documents about Hikvision products, technology, and solutions;
  • Collaborate with our Field Sales/Service teams and Engineering department to identify and address potential quality/performance issues;
  • Analyze customer needs and develop customized project plans to meet their requirements;
  • Maintain open communication channels with our sales staff and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Hikvision products;
  • At least 3 years' experience in an equivalent role;
  • Proven track record in technical support consulting for CCTV systems, Intercom, access control, and alarm systems;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Power Point);
  • Personal integrity and strong team spirit;
  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure effectively;
  • High sense of responsibility, carefulness, and coordination;
  • Good adaptability to diverse working environments.
