  • As a Store Manager Lead, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team of Dynamos to meet business KPIs, including driving sales, cost control, mitigating risks, and stock loss.
  • You will increase sales by focusing on customer service, maintaining store image, managing stock, and implementing promotions.
  • Minimise stock loss by fostering a healthy store culture and adhering to security measures, stock, and cash handling procedures.
  • Manage costs in line with the company's low-cost culture by driving efficiencies within the store.
  • Ensure administrative duties are performed according to company guidelines.
  • Lead a dynamic team through training, coaching, and performance development.
  • Maintain general health, safety, and housekeeping standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Grade 12 qualification.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Relevant tertiary education, preferably in a business or retail-related field.
  • Ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in a retail environment with leadership roles.
