Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Liaise with project managers to coordinate project timelines and milestones.
  2. Lead site-specific onboarding and induction activities for new staff members.
  3. Enhance the recruitment process through targeted advertising and screening.
  4. Quality control over progress reports and financial updates.
  5. Strategic implementation of PPE and asset management plans.
  6. Partnership with payroll to ensure accuracy and timeliness in employee hours and leave submissions.
  7. Development of policies and procedures for staff behavior and adherence.
  8. Responsible coordination of client visits and communication.
  9. Managing termination processes in compliance with labor laws.
  10. Ongoing monitoring of site-specific risks and development of countermeasures.
  11. Round-the-clock availability for emergency responses to IOD incidents.
  12. Arranging convenient transportation options for staff.
  13. Employee shift scheduling tailored to project demands.
Desired Experience & Qualification
  • Proven experience as a Site Administrator or similar role in logistics or supply chain environments.
  • Strong understanding of logistical operations and best practices.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Efficient in using technology platforms, including MS Office suite.
  • Exemplary leadership and communication skills.
  • Results-driven with ability to multitask under pressure.
