About the Role

We are looking for an Infrastructure Analyst to join our team at Dimension Data. As an Infrastructure Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring client infrastructure and solutions, identifying problems and errors prior to or when they occur, and routinely identifying common incidents and opportunities for avoidance as well as general opportunities for incident reduction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT/Computing principles and will be able to investigate first line incidents assigned and identify the root cause of incidents and problems.

Main Responsibilities
  • Monitor client infrastructure and solutions
  • Identify problems and errors prior to or when they occur
  • Routinely identify common incidents and opportunities for avoidance as well as general opportunities for incident reduction
