T3 Technician

At Schauenburg Systems, we are seeking a highly skilled T3 Technician to join our team in Rustenburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical services for the efficient and safe operation of electronic technology in the mining sector.

Job Overview

• We offer a competitive salary range of R250,000 - R350,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

• The T3 Technician will support with the installation, repairs, and technical support of electronic systems and products on specified mines.
• They will test units to meet OEM-specified requirements and perform quality checks to ensure work meets company standards.
• The successful candidate will also assist with new projects, maintain electronic equipment and software, and record spare parts replaced via a field service book.

Requirements

• A Matric/N3 qualification and 0-2 years' experience in electronics is required.
• Basic understanding of electronics, good computer skills (Microsoft package), and a valid driver's license are essential.
• The ability to operate hand tools and small power tools, as well as a basic knowledge of their use and function, is necessary.
