Dispensing & Blending Technician

We are seeking a skilled Dispensing & Blending Technician to contribute to our team's success. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately weighing, measuring, and dispensing raw materials, while adhering to quality, safety, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor blending machines, ensuring optimal product quality and making adjustments as needed.
  • Maintain detailed records of materials, batches, and processes in compliance with GMP standards and safety regulations.
  • Regularly assess the quality of products during processing and report any issues promptly.
  • Clean and perform basic maintenance on dispensing and blending equipment, reporting any malfunctions.
  • Adhere to all safety procedures, utilize personal protective equipment (PPE), and participate in safety training and drills.
Requirements:
  • Matric (NSC) qualification.
  • A diploma or degree in a related field is advantageous.
  • 2 – 4 years of experience in dispensing, blending, or a similar role within the pharmaceutical or related industry.
  • Strong mathematical skills for precise measurements, conversions, and calculations.
  • Familiarity with GMP standards and safety practices.
  • Ability to operate and troubleshoot production equipment effectively.
