Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Fruit Harvesting Professional to join our team at Ajtechnicaldr. This is a seasonal position that offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and gain hands-on experience in fruit harvesting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of farm practices and be able to carry out tasks as instructed by the management team. Prior experience in harvesting tropical and subtropical fruits is highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out farm practices as instructed by the management team
• Use and maintain tools and equipment provided by the organization
• Complete tasks assigned by supervisors, such as harvesting and other farm-related duties
• Adhere to Occupational Health and Safety guidelines to ensure a secure working environment

Requirements:
• Grade 10 qualification or equivalent exposure to the fruit farming environment
• Prior experience in harvesting tropical and subtropical fruits (advantageous)
• Familiarity with basic agricultural practices
• Basic knowledge of operating farm equipment and machinery, such as brush cutters and chainsaws (preferred)
• Understanding of health and safety procedures in an agricultural setting
• Physical Ability: Willingness to work in challenging weather conditions
