About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned Art Director with a proven track record in leading high-end visual projects from concept to completion. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the design process, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of creativity, quality, and timeliness.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and communicate compelling creative ideas and concepts, working closely with copywriters and cross-functional teams.
  • Create innovative sketches, storyboards, and layout designs that captivate audiences and convey brand essence.
  • Understand marketing strategies, positioning, and target audiences to create tailored visual solutions.
  • Select photographs, videos, charts, and graphics that elevate visual projects and engage viewers.
  • Collaborate with freelance photographers and artists to produce high-quality content that exceeds expectations.
  • Ensure all projects are completed within deadlines and budget, demonstrating strong time management and leadership skills.
  • Work collaboratively with various departments, including strategy, client services, and digital teams, to deliver seamless results.
  • Review, critique, and approve content, providing constructive feedback to ensure excellence.
  • Demonstrate exceptional graphic design skills, a compelling portfolio, and a keen eye for detail.
  • Incorporate feedback and provide clear direction to teams, fostering open communication and collaboration.
  • Possess strong communication and presentation skills, able to effectively convey ideas and inspire others.
  • Maintain proficiency in brand identity and style guidelines, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in arts, fine arts, graphic design, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Art Director, specifying years of experience.
  • Hands-on experience with logo design, typography, color theory, layout design, print production, image selection, and packaging design.
  • Proficiency in design software such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other visual and wire framing tools.
  • Creativity, innovation, leadership qualities, flexibility, excellent time management, and attention to detail.

Compensation
