As an experienced professional in e-commerce management, you will have a proven track record of success in growing online sales, managing content teams, and optimizing website performance.

You will work closely with the merchandising, web operations, and marketing divisions to develop a tactical plan to ensure the digital footprint of the business grows, retain and acquire new fans and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Content Management: Ensure that our online product range is up-to-date and perfectly merchandised by managing a content team.
  2. Website Optimization: Optimize website performance and user experience through regular audits, A/B testing, and data-driven insights.
  3. Market Trends: Monitor and stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing.
  4. E-commerce Initiatives: Plan, coordinate, and execute e-commerce initiatives and activities to drive online sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, IT, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in a retail or consumer goods industry.
