Job Summary

The Commercial Administrator plays a crucial role in optimising the customer experience by serving as the link between the sales function and customers. This position is accountable for assisting with call-in customer orders, providing general administrative support to the Commercial and Marketing team, and effectively coordinating internal sales communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial Support
    • Manage all office-based sales administration activities, including capturing automated orders, updating deal sheets, and communicating issues related to blocked accounts or Rapidtrade updates.
    • Collect and coordinate all invoices and PODs on all drop shipment deliveries throughout the area.
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide general administrative support to the Commercial and Marketing team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of sales activities.
Requirements

This role requires an understanding of inter-related functional processes and the ability to work with various closely related concrete variables. The successful candidate will be accountable for specialist outputs and initiating changes in policies, procedures, standards, and services within inter-related functional areas of responsibility.
