We are seeking a highly skilled Intellectual Property Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Products and Services team, you will be responsible for assisting in the administration of Intellectual Property at Westfalia Fruit.

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of Intellectual Property law and regulations, as well as excellent communication and organisational skills. You will work closely with our IP Management team to ensure the effective management of IP within Westfalia.

Your key responsibilities will include compiling Intellectual Property Contracts and Reports, staying up-to-date with IP-related legislation and procedures, drafting and updating enforceable agreements, and preparing and submitting applications for the protection of plant material and other IP worldwide.

You will also be responsible for coordinating importation and exportation of plant material, including permits and phytosanitary certificates, and maintaining an archive of original documents and ensuring proper filing.
