Job Title: Padel Host

We are seeking a charismatic and energetic Padel Host to join our team at Career Custodians. As a Padel Host, you will be the face of our Padel club, responsible for creating an unforgettable experience for our guests.

About the Role:

This dynamic role blends hospitality and sport, ensuring that every visitor feels welcomed and engaged. You will facilitate court bookings, provide guidance on game play, and organize exciting events that elevate the Padel experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Facilitate court bookings and manage court schedules to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for guests.
  • Offer guidance on Padel game play, rules, and techniques to guests of all skill levels.
  • Organize and coordinate events, tournaments, and activities that promote a lively and friendly atmosphere within the Padel club.
  • Collaborate with the club manager and team to promote a positive and engaging experience for guests.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, sports management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a sports or hospitality environment, is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Padel as a sport, including rules and techniques; certification in Padel coaching or similar is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
