**Technical Requirements**

We are seeking a skilled Backend Engineer to join our team at Recruitment Room. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying complex software systems and services using a range of technologies including Java, Python, and C++.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, a deep understanding of web technologies, and the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team. We are looking for someone who is not only technically proficient but also demonstrates strong problem-solving and analytical abilities along with effective communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design, develop, and deploy complex software systems and services.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features and enhancements.
  3. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  4. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  5. Identify and address performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and other technical issues.
  6. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.
  7. Participate in the hiring process to attract and retain top engineering talent.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (beneficial but not required).
  • Experience in the fintech industry or with payment processing systems.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance requirements (e.g., PCI DSS).
  • Experience with machine learning and data analytics.
  • High level of initiative and the ability to work independently.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and tools.
