Job Description:

As a Training Operations Specialist at Flink Recruit Pretoria, you will play a key role in designing and implementing our Commercial Learning and Development strategy. This involves aligning the L&D strategy with our overall business objectives and managing the profitability of our commercial training portfolio.

You will oversee project management of commercial training initiatives, develop training content, and handle administrative tasks within the department.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  2. Manage training budgets and resources, ensuring efficient allocation of trainers, materials, and equipment.
  3. Maintain relationships with OEM account managers to ensure company accreditation and status.
