About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.

As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of the restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and controlling costs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: To ensure accurate and effective financial administration according to Nando's policies and procedures daily.
  • Operational Management: To ensure efficient stock control management for the restaurant daily, and to perform daily compliance checks with regards to Health & Safety, Repairs; Maintenance, Cleaning & Hygiene, and escalate any problems to the Restaurant Manager.
  • People Management: To assist in developing and monitoring rostering every week to ensure sufficient people capacity to meet the business requirements, and to ensure adherence to opening and closing procedures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in restaurant management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and make sound decisions quickly.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
