Qualifications and Skills
  • High school graduation or equivalent highly valued.
  • Healthcare experience preferred but not essential.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills critical for success in this role.
  • Formal medical terminology course and customer service training within 1 year of hire required.
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance plans and their requirements highly beneficial.
  • Exceptional English language skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
