  • Client Experience: Regularly review and optimize the client experience across Account Management strategies, ensuring seamless interactions with our clients.
  • Credit Risk Analysis: Conduct thorough credit risk assessments to determine eligibility and mitigate potential risks, making informed decisions that drive business outcomes.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare monthly reports, executive summaries, and commentary on credit portfolio performance, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to convey insights and recommendations effectively, fostering collaboration and driving results-oriented decision-making.
  • Portfolio Management: Track and analyze credit portfolio performance, providing actionable insights to improve credit strategies and maximize returns.
  • Proposal Writing: Craft proposals and reports to support credit decisions and strategies, communicating complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in credit risk analysis and portfolio management within the financial services industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools, with knowledge of programming languages like SAS or SQL – preferred but not essential.
  • Communication Skills: Strong storytelling and proposal writing skills to convey complex information to business stakeholders, influencing decisions and building trust.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to hold meaningful conversations, influence decisions, and build relationships across the organization, driving collaboration and achieving business goals.
  • Education: Relevant degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
